Crystal Harvey joined us in December of 2022. Crystal is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist skilled and trained in many modalities. Her practice is largely eclectic with the goal of exploring what is right for you, meeting you where you are at, and figuring out your goals together.

Her passion is parenting work. Crystal thrives in helping her couples/individuals navigate parenting issues. Crystal also enjoys working with females who have depression and anxiety.

As a marriage and family therapist Crystal has unique specialized training in working with couples and families.

Crystal believes we all have the tools and skills we need to start with. It is her job to help you find and apply them. She often says, "The strength lies within us."

Crystal see's "going through it" as an essential growing pain to move past whatever it is you are struggling with. She's here to be a compassionate guide through that journey. You will often hear her say, "If it doesn't challenge you, then you are not growing."

Crystal is a therapist who works with everyone. She loves working with couples and families utilizing her skills as a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has skills in areas from adult substance abuse to parenting. Crystal works with clients ages 10 up while virtual.

In your first session with Crystal she will introduce herself. If you are utilizing insurance she will need to go over your intake forms with you, take your history, and do the required assessments.

She takes her time to explain the therapy process to you, listen to your story, and work with you to identify your goals for treatment. The process it transparent and collaborative.

Crystal will often write things down while you are talking so she can remember it without interrupting you.
