Hayley Nixon McCord joined us in January of 2022. She has a Masters of Science in Counseling from Northwestern University, and is working towards her counseling license under Jenna Pagano LMFT. Hayley has a passion for working with couples and families, exploring sexuality, and the use of mindfulness in not only healing, but daily life. Hayley sees herself as a tool to empower those she works with to heal from within.

Hayley has began an in depth certification training in somatic experiencing and will complete it in December of 2022.

She also enjoys and has experience in working with nonmonogamous folx and is committed to providing a safe and affirmative space for these populations to explore and heal. In addition, Hayley is interested in general sex therapy and kink culture.

During the first session, I will get a brief history of your experiences and work to gain a better understanding of what brings you to therapy at this time. I strive to make the first session feel more like an engaging conversation in a coffeeshop rather than an interview with constant questions. The first session is an opportunity to ask me any initial questions or express any concerns you may have. I look forward to beginning this adventure with you.
