Paul Fletcher joined Pagano Wellness in December of 2022.

Paul has an associate degree in Substance Abuse Counseling, a bachelor's degree in Psychology and received his master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Paul is currently working toward his license as an LPC. Paul found his passion for working with people and his calling into counseling while working with foster children in Buffalo. In 2016, Paul and his wife relocated to Richmond VA where he worked in residential and outpatient substance abuse counseling.

Clinical Beliefs

Paul uses Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as methods for helping clients. “Be transformed by the renewing of your mind”. Paul enjoys time with his wife, his 3 children, and 8 grandchildren. Paul also has a passion for music and serves as the music director at his church.
